The Strategic Planning Team is working to help transform our church into
a health, growing, God serving, Body of Christ.

The Full Team is divided into three supporting teams:
 Prayer Team (Chairs: Veronica George &   )
 Dream Team (Chairs: Van Jones & Gerry Wallace)
 Implementation Team (chairs: Pat James & Len Russ)

The Prayers/Dreams/Actions being worked by the Teams are:

 Actions to Retain and Energize Members, Attract New Members and Reclaim "lost" members
 Expand Christian Education
 Increase Young Adult/Youth involvement
 Expand Activities for Seniors
 More involvement from the congregation
 Conduct Talent Assessment of Members
 Update handicap accessibility
 Utilization of Education Building
 Establish Community Prayer area on Church grounds
 Expand Parking area to include paving OR improving  grassy areas
 Expand Church facilities
 Repair and utilization of homes purchased by church
 Use Technology to advance Church's Mission

The prayers and actions to this point have improved or produced Grace
filled relationships that should continue to build toward realization of the "Dreams".
